This is extremely praiseworthy and I have only praise for such an activity. I don’t completely know all of the relevant variables for arriving at a page rank but I am certain it will perpetually change with time. How could page rank be advantageous to anybody? Anyone can think of a number of ways where it would be helpful to obtain a high PR rating. A high page rank means the site is more significant in the eyes of Google. If my memory serves me right, I managed to attain a Page Rank of 4 for a few of my sites and I found it fantastic but this changed over time|it didn’t last forever which tells me that it is being calucalated constantly. One of the criteria for evaluating page rank is content. With great content, a website would obtain higher ranking than a webpage which has only links. What would be considered outstanding content? As a start, it would have to be somewhat unique. Copying content verbatim from other publications might not be such a wise plan after all because there would not be anything new to provide. There is therefore this brouhaha about duplicate content and webmasters are hard at work to keep their content original and not a copy of another. Therefore, it might be an outstanding idea to obtain the services of a ghost writer to create good content but this cost more money. Some people make use of content re-writers, and some of them are quite excellent.
